My Approach
Every engagement is different. Some begin with a clear challenge. Others begin with a feeling that something isn't working, and no one quite knows why. I'm comfortable in both.

What stays consistent is the approach. I don't lead with solutions. I lead with questions, the kind that help leadership teams get underneath the symptoms and find the problem worth solving. I bring a structured framework to that diagnostic work; one built around the progression from raw data to organizational action. When the situation calls for it, it looks something like this:

For engagements that don't start with a diagnostic need, an interim leadership role, a brand architecture project, a creative function that needs rebuilding, the same curiosity applies, even if the formal process doesn't.

I operate as a senior independent consultant, which means you get direct access to the person doing the thinking. For engagements that require broader execution, I draw on a curated network of senior strategists, designers, researchers, and operators assembled specifically for the work at hand.

The problem defines the team. Not the other way around.
If this is how you like to work too, we might be a good fit.
